Position Summary: The Supervisor is responsible to oversee and monitor the daily operations of the unit. Responsible for the provision of nursing care based on standards of care, professional nursing practice and AORN standards; accountable for the outcomes of nursing care delivered. Ensures adequate staffing levels for patient care delivery and provides assistance as needed. Ensures the area is adequately prepared for the procedures. Monitors PAR levels of the equipment and supplies. Completes monthly schedule for employees; Responsible for OPS/PACU payroll and productivity. Completes other duties as assigned.
