This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a private, democratic group of B/C Emergency Medicine physicians skilled in all levels of ER care in busy (64,000) community hospitals as part of Tidelands Health. Group is Palmetto Emergency Physicians, PC, Murrells Inlet with 19  physicians on staff. Hospital employs  PAs also to work in the ED. Two hospitals are 22 miles apart; with about 21 ER bays each; Hospital-employed inpatient services; comprehensive imaging and diagnostic services; telemedicine; primary stroke certified; Baby Friendly designation  and referral program including a strong primary care and specialty care  network. Working on trauma designation end of 2023. Level I goes to North Myrtle Beach. We need full time EM physicians to work flex shifts, 8 and 10 hours, including some nights.  Strong affiliation  for support and referrals with  MUSC Charleston, Medical University of  South Carolina.  Bilingual a plus. Our area has all that the beach life can offer, and more!  The public schools are blue ribbon and the area is safe with many  amenities of a larger city. The communities we serve are mainly Murrells Inlet, Pawley's Island, Myrtle  Beach and Georgetown on the South Grand Strand. Our growing total service area is now  over 440,000.
